What should I do when I arrive at my appointment?
Feel free to enter our waiting room. But don't forget to please use hand sanitizer. Masks are very highly recommended. We appreciate your understanding and patience!
What have you put in place to protect your patients and staff?
Glad you asked! We start out your appointment with a comprehensive screening process. We have installed new HEPA filtration units in each of our operatories. All of our surfaces and areas of possible contamination are thoroughly sanitized after each patient, including our front desk areas. Clear panels have also been installed in our patient waiting areas. As always, our office follows all the CDC, OSHA, ADA & WDA’s standards and protocols for infection control as well as adding additional PPE (personal protection equipment) for our doctor and staff.
Do you offer financial help?
Yes. Dr. Harris is committed to providing quality dental care to all her patients and understands that everyone has been affected in numerous ways from this pandemic. We also are mindful of changes in patients’ financial situations and have systems in place to address those concerns as well. Thank you for your support and patience!
